Principal’s power to exclude
291 Principal’s power to exclude
(1) The principal of a State school at
which a student is enrolled may, under this division, exclude the student from
the school if the principal is reasonably satisfied a ground exists for the
exclusion.
(2) The principal may act under this division whether or not the
student has already been suspended or excluded under this part.
(3) In this
division, a reference to exclusion is a reference to exclusion of a student in
exercise of the power under subsection (1) .
