EDUCATION (GENERAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2006 - SECT 343A

343A Meaning of review body

(1) In this part, a
"review body" of a non-State school is—

(a) if the school’s governing body has nominated a person to conduct a review—the nominee; or

(b) otherwise—the school’s governing body.

(2) For subsection (1) (a) , a nominee must not be the school’s principal.
