"allowance" includes a grant, subsidy or supplement.
"approved policy" means a policy approved by the Minister under section 369 .
"overpayment" means an amount, or part of an amount, paid to the governing
body of a non-State school under section 368 (1) (b) to which the governing
body was not entitled under an approved policy.
