384 Meaning of transfer note

(1) A
"transfer note" , for a former student or continuing student of a State school or non-State school, means a document in the approved form containing the information, including personal information, about the former student or continuing student of the type prescribed under a regulation.

(2) Without limiting subsection (1) , a
"transfer note" , for a former student or continuing student of a State school or non-State school, may include information about—

(a) the results of the assessment of the former student or continuing student in school studies; and

(b) behavioural issues relating to the former student or continuing student identified during the former student’s, or continuing student’s, attendance at a State school or non-State school.

(3) Information in a transfer note must be factual, succinct and objective.
