Validation of fee waiver
436 Validation of fee waiver
(1) This section applies if, before the
commencement of this section, the chief executive waived, wholly or partly,
the payment by a person of a fee payable under the Education (General
Provisions) Regulation 2000, section 72(4).
(2) The waiver is taken to be,
and to always have been, valid and effective.
