EDUCATION (GENERAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2006 - SECT 532
Negative notices
532 Negative notices
(1) This section applies if— (a) the chief executive
issued a negative notice to a person under section 29(1)(b) or 38(2) or (3) of
the pre-amended Act; and
(b) the notice is in force immediately before the
commencement.
(2) The pre-amended Act continues to apply in relation to the
negative notice as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
