EDUCATION (GENERAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2006 - SECT 542
Particular enrolments for year 1 of schooling
542 Particular enrolments for year 1 of schooling
(1) This section applies
to— (a) an application under section 155 to enrol a child in year 1 of
schooling at a State school made before the commencement; or
(b) an
application to enrol a child in year 1 of schooling at a non-State school made
before the commencement.
(2) The school’s principal must deal with the
application under the Act as in force immediately before the commencement.
