Inquiry about application
105 Inquiry about application
(1) Before deciding the application, the local government may, by notice given
to the applicant, require the applicant to give the local government within
the reasonable period of at least 30 days stated in the notice, further
information or a document the local government reasonably requires to decide
the application.
(2) The applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application
if, within the stated period, the applicant does not comply with the
requirement.
(3) The information or document under subsection (1) must, if
the notice requires, be verified by statutory declaration.
