Decision about application for replacement of approval
155 Decision about application for replacement of approval
(1) The chief executive must consider the application and decide to grant, or
refuse to grant, the application.
(2) The chief executive must grant the
application if satisfied the approval has been destroyed, lost or stolen, or
damaged in a way to require its replacement.
(3) If the chief executive
decides to grant the application, the chief executive must, as soon as
practicable, issue another approval to the applicant to replace the damaged,
destroyed, lost or stolen approval.
(4) If the chief executive decides to
refuse to grant the application, the chief executive must as soon as
practicable give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
