236 Review process starts with internal review

(1) Subject to this part, a person who is given, or is entitled to be given, an information notice for a decision under chapter 3 , 4 or 5 (an
"original decision" ) may apply for review of the decision under this chapter.

(2) The review must be, in the first instance, by way of an application for internal review under section 237 .
