Availability of guideline
263 Availability of guideline
(1) The chief executive must keep a copy of each guideline, as in force from
time to time, available for inspection, free of charge, by local governments
and members of the public at— (a) the department’s head office; and
(b)
other places the chief executive considers appropriate.
(2) Also, the chief
executive must publish each guideline, as in force from time to time, on the
department’s website on the internet.
