Licensee to advise local government about food safety supervisor
88 Licensee to advise local government about food safety supervisor
(1) A licensee must, within 30 days after the licence is issued under
section 60 (1) , advise the local government that issued the licence of the
name and contact details of each food safety supervisor for the food business
under the licence. Penalty— Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
(2)
Subject to subsection (1) , the licensee must, within 14 days after a person
becomes a food safety supervisor for the food business, advise the local
government of the person’s name and contact details. Penalty— Maximum
penalty—50 penalty units.
(3) The licensee must, within 14 days after a
person stops being a food safety supervisor for the food business, advise the
local government of the fact. Penalty— Maximum penalty—50 penalty
units.
(4) The licensee must, within 14 days after the contact details of a
food safety supervisor for the food business changes, advise the local
government of the change. Penalty— Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
