FARM BUSINESS DEBT MEDIATION ACT 2017 - SECT 37

37 Mediation not open to the public

(1) A mediation meeting is not open to the public.

(2) A person who is not a party to a mediation meeting may be at, or participate in, the meeting—

(a) as a person representing a party under section 23 ; or

(b) as an advisor of the farmer under section 24 ; or

(c) with the mediator’s approval.
