FARM BUSINESS DEBT MEDIATION ACT 2017 - SECT 58

58 Applying for accreditation

(1) An individual may apply to the authority to be accredited as a mediator.

(2) The application must be—

(a) in the approved form; and

(b) accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.
