FARM BUSINESS DEBT MEDIATION ACT 2017 - SECT 64

64 Applying for renewal

(1) A person accredited as a mediator may apply to the authority to renew the person’s accreditation.

(2) The application must be—

(a) made within 40 business days before the term of the accreditation ends; and

(b) made in the approved form; and

(c) accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.
