Regulation-making power
91 Regulation-making power
(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
(2) A
regulation may— (a) prescribe fees payable under the Act ; and
(b) provide
for a maximum penalty of 20 penalty units for a contravention of a regulation.
