FAMILY RESPONSIBILITIES COMMISSION ACT 2008 - SECT 103

103 Limitation on increasing period of income management

(1) This section applies if, under this division, the commission proposes to amend a family responsibilities agreement or family responsibilities order to increase the period for which a person will be subject to income management.

(2) The proposed increase must not result in the person being subject to income management for more than 1 year in relation to the amended family responsibilities agreement or family responsibilities order.
