113 Hearing procedures

In hearing the appeal, the court—

(a) has the same powers as the commission as constituted under this Act for the purpose of making the decision appealed against (the
"decision maker" ); and

(b) is not bound by the rules of evidence; and

(c) must comply with natural justice.
