117 Transitional provision for actions for damages and compensation and other
remedial orders—TPA, ss 82 and 87
Sections 99, 100 and 103, as in force before the commencement of this section,
continue to apply to an act or omission that is a contravention of part 3,
division 1 (other than section 39), section 52 or 53 or part 3, division 2A
that happens before the commencement.
