Transitional provision for references to Office of Consumer Affairs or Office of Fair Trading
120 Transitional provision for references to Office of Consumer Affairs or
Office of Fair Trading
A reference in any Act or document to the Office of Consumer Affairs or the
Office of Fair Trading may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference
to whichever of the following is appropriate in the circumstances—
(a) the
commissioner;
(b) the department in which this Act is administered.
