Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsExcept in respect of information which under any Act is not to be divulged, the chief executive of each department shall cooperate and shall cause the officers under the chief executive’s control to cooperate with the commissioner and shall render assistance in the provision of information required by the commissioner for the purposes of this Act.
