Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThis Act binds the Crown in right of the State and also, so far as the legislative power of the State extends, in all its other capacities, subject to the following—
(a) the Crown shall not be liable to a penalty for a contravention of this Act;
(b) an agent of the Crown who contravenes this Act shall be liable for any penalty prescribed by this Act in relation to such a contravention.
