FAIR TRADING ACT 1989 - SECT 88A
Codes of practice
88A Codes of practice
(1) A regulation may prescribe a code of practice for fair dealing— (a)
between a particular type of supplier and consumer; or
(b) by a particular
type of person in relation to consumers.
(2) In this section—
"consumer" includes prospective consumer.
