Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsIf an Act, or provision of an Act, of the Commonwealth or another State, or a law, or provision of a law, of a foreign jurisdiction, allows an order to be made that is similar to an order that may be made under this Act or the Powers of Attorney Act 1998 , the provision, Act or law may be prescribed under a regulation for this section.
