GOLD COAST WATERWAYS AUTHORITY ACT 2012 - SECT 44

44 Membership

The board consists of the following persons (each a
"member" )—

(a) a chairperson (an
"appointed member" ); and

(b) the mayor of the Gold Coast City Council; and

(c) at least 5, but no more than 8, other persons (each also an
"appointed member" ).
