GOLD COAST WATERWAYS AUTHORITY ACT 2012 - SECT 48

48 Vacation of office of appointed member

The office of an appointed member becomes vacant if the member—

(a) completes a term of office; or

(b) resigns office by signed notice given to the Minister; or

(c) is removed from office as a member under section 50 .
