Steps after, and taking effect of, decision
159 Steps after, and taking effect of, decision
(1) If the Minister decides
to approve the proposed amendment, the Minister must give the holder notice of
the decision.
(2) If the Minister decides to refuse to approve the proposed
amendment, the Minister must give the applicant an information notice about
the decision.
(3) The refusal takes effect when the holder is given the
notice or if the notice states a later day of effect, on that later day.
