GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2009 - SECT 174

174 When surrender is permitted

A GHG lease holder may surrender the lease only if, under this part—

(a) an application (a
"surrender application" ) has been made for approval of the surrender; and

(b) the surrender has been approved.
