184 What is an exploration authority (non-GHG)

An
"exploration authority (non-GHG)" is—

(a) an ATP; or

(b) any of the following under the Mineral Resources Act —

(i) a mining claim;

(ii) an exploration permit;

(iii) a mineral development licence; or

(c) a geothermal permit.
