Applicant’s information obligation
198 Applicant’s information obligation
(1) The applicant must within 10
business days after making the GHG lease application give the overlapping
authority holder a copy of the application other than any part of the
application relating to the capability criteria.
(2) If the Minister is
reasonably satisfied the applicant has not complied with subsection (1) , the
Minister may refuse the application.
