Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA person must not change the surface of pipeline land for a GHG tenure in a way that changes or may cause a change to the depth of burial of a pipeline unless—
(a) the GHG tenure holder consents; or
(b) the change is necessary to preserve life or property because of a dangerous situation or emergency that exists or may exist; or
(c) the change is a change to a public road by or for its public road authority; or
(d) the person has a reasonable excuse.
Penalty—Maximum penalty—500 penalty units.
