GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2009 - SECT 395
Who may appeal
395 Who may appeal
(1) A person whose interests are affected by a decision
of the Minister identified in schedule 1 may appeal against the decision to
the Land Court.
(2) For this section, a person who has been given or is
entitled to be given an information notice about a decision is taken to be a
person whose interests are affected by the decision.
