GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2009 - SECT 426
Delegation by Minister or chief executive
426 Delegation by Minister or chief executive
(1) The Minister may delegate
the Minister’s functions under this Act to an appropriately qualified public
service officer or employee.
(2) The chief executive may delegate the chief
executive’s functions under this Act to an appropriately qualified public
service officer or employee.
(3) In this section—
"functions" includes powers.
