GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2009 - SECT 50
Function and purpose
50 Function and purpose
(1) The work program for a GHG permit gives detailed
information about the nature and extent of activities to be carried out under
the permit.
(2) The purposes of giving the information are to— (a) allow
resource management decisions to be made; and
(b) ensure appropriate
development of the GHG permit.
