Reports by clinical reviewers to provide advice to investigator
136 Reports by clinical reviewers to provide advice to investigator
(1) This section applies to a clinical review undertaken to provide clinical
advice to a health service investigator.
(2) The clinical reviewer must
prepare and provide a report to the health service investigator.
(3) The
report may include recommendations on ways in which the safety and quality of
public sector health services can be maintained and improved.
