HOSPITAL AND HEALTH BOARDS ACT 2011 - SECT 18

18 Legal status

(1) A Service—

(a) is a body corporate; and

(b) has a seal; and

(c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.

(2) A Service represents the State.

(3) Without limiting subsection (2) , a Service has all the privileges and immunities of the State.
