HOSPITAL AND HEALTH BOARDS ACT 2011 - SECT 37
Negotiations for service agreement
(1) For the first service agreement, the chief executive and the Service must
enter into negotiations immediately after the commencement of this section.
(2) For a new service agreement, the chief executive and the Service must
enter into negotiations at least 6 months before the expiry of the existing
service agreement.
