HOSPITAL AND HEALTH BOARDS ACT 2011 - SECT 52
Chief health officer
52 Chief health officer
(1) There is to be a chief health officer for the State.
(2) The chief health
officer is to be employed as a public service officer or as a health service
employee.
(3) The chief health officer must be a medical practitioner.
