HEALTH PRACTITIONER REGULATION NATIONAL LAW (QUEENSLAND) - SECT 139D

139D Application of div 2 to this jurisdiction

(1) This division applies in relation to notifiable conduct of a registered health practitioner only if the conduct occurs in this jurisdiction.

(2) This division applies in relation to a student’s impairment only if the student is enrolled in a program of study in this jurisdiction or is undertaking clinical training in this jurisdiction.
