Board may give information to complainant about decision following assessor’s report

177A Board may give information to complainant about decision following assessor’s report

(1) This section applies if a complaint about a registered health practitioner or student results in a decision by a National Board under section 177 in relation to the practitioner or student.
(2) After making the decision, the National Board may inform the complainant who made the complaint of the decision and the reasons for the decision.
