Unsuitability to hold specialist registration
60 Unsuitability to hold specialist registration
(1) Section 55 applies to the making of a decision by a National Board that an
individual is not a suitable person to hold specialist registration in a
recognised specialty.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1) , a reference in
section 55 to— (a) general registration in the health profession is taken to
be a reference to specialist registration in a recognised specialty; and
(b)
the health profession is taken to be a reference to the recognised specialty.
