HEALTH PRACTITIONER REGULATION NATIONAL LAW (QUEENSLAND) - SECT 81
Applicant may make submissions about proposed refusal of application or imposition of condition
81 Applicant may make submissions about proposed refusal of application or
imposition of condition
(1) If, after considering an application for registration, a National Board is
proposing to refuse to register the applicant or to register the applicant
subject to a condition, the Board must give the applicant written notice of
the proposal.
(2) The notice must— (a) state the reasons for the proposal;
and
(b) invite the applicant to make a written or verbal submission to the
Board by the date stated in the notice, being not less than 30 days after the
day the notice is given to the applicant, about the proposal.
