Notice to be given to applicant
84 Notice to be given to applicant
(1) Within 30 days after making the decision under section 82 , the National
Board must— (a) give the applicant written notice of the Board’s decision;
and
(b) if the Board decides to register the applicant, give the applicant a
certificate of registration.
(2) If the Board decides not to register the
applicant, or decides to register the applicant in a type of registration
other than the registration applied for or subject to a condition, the notice
under subsection (1) (a) must state— (a) the reasons for the decision; and
(b) that the applicant may appeal against the decision; and
(c) how an
application for appeal may be made and the period within which the application
must be made.
