Amendment of s 139A (Application of Part to persons who were registered health practitioners)
22 Amendment of s 139A (Application of Part to persons who were registered
health practitioners)
(1) National Law provisions, section 139A —
insert— (2A) Also, a referred matter may be dealt with under this Part about
the person as if the person were still registered in a health profession under
this Law in relation to behaviour that occurred while the person was
registered.
(2) National Law provisions, section 139A (3) , ‘ subsection
(2) ’—
omit, insert—
subsections (2) and (2A)
