HEALTH PRACTITIONER REGULATION NATIONAL LAW ACT 2009 - SECT 4

4 Application of Health Practitioner Regulation National Law

(1) The Health Practitioner Regulation National Law set out in the schedule, as modified by part 4 —

(a) applies as a law of this jurisdiction; and

(b) as so applying, may be referred to as the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Queensland) ; and

(c) as so applying, is a part of this Act.

(2) A copy of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Queensland) may be authorised by the parliamentary counsel.

(3) If a copy mentioned in subsection (2) is authorised under that subsection, the copy—

(a) is to indicate that fact in a suitable place; and

(b) is a reprint of a law authorised by the parliamentary counsel for the purposes of the Reprints Act 1992 .
