HEALTH PRACTITIONER REGULATION NATIONAL LAW ACT 2009 - SECT 7

7 Exclusion of legislation of this jurisdiction

The following Acts of this jurisdiction do not apply to the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Queensland) or to the instruments made under that law—

(a) the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 ;

(b) the Auditor-General Act 2009 ;

(c) the Financial Accountability Act 2009 ;

(d) the Information Privacy Act 2009 ;

(e) the Ombudsman Act 2001 ;

(f) the Public Sector Act 2022 ;

(g) the Right to Information Act 2009 ;

(h) the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 ;

(i) the Statutory Instruments Act 1992 .
