222 Categories of breaches

(1) A contravention of a maximum work requirement or minimum rest requirement is a
"minor risk breach" if it is declared under the national regulations to be a breach in the minor risk category.

(2) A contravention of a maximum work requirement or minimum rest requirement is a
"substantial risk breach" if it is declared under the national regulations to be a breach in the substantial risk category.

(3) A contravention of a maximum work requirement or minimum rest requirement is a
"severe risk breach" if it is declared under the national regulations to be a breach in the severe risk category.

(4) A contravention of a maximum work requirement or minimum rest requirement is a
"critical risk breach" if it is declared under the national regulations to be a breach in the critical risk category.
