HEAVY VEHICLE NATIONAL LAW (QUEENSLAND) - SECT 26H

26H Category 3 offence

A person commits an offence if—

(a) the person has a duty under section 26C ; and

(b) the person contravenes the duty.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—

(a) if an individual commits the offence—$50000; or

(b) if a corporation commits the offence—$500000.
