Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsIf a court convicts a person of an offence against this Law, the court may issue an injunction requiring the person to cease contravening this Law.
Note—An injunction may also be obtained under section 576E for noncompliance with an improvement notice or prohibition notice.
