Persons who are inspectors

185 Persons who are inspectors

The following persons are inspectors for this Act—

(a) a person (an
"appointed inspector" ) holding an appointment as an inspector under this division;
(b) a person (an
"external inspector" ) who holds an appointment as an inspector under a corresponding law and is authorised in writing by the chief executive to act as an inspector under this Act.
